Your Visioframe tablet needs an Internet connection to connect with family members or friends and receive photos and messages. However, if you live in a place where it is not possible to connect the frame to Wi-Fi, your frame can be connected via a SIM card (not provided). Check with a local provider for a data card at an average cost of 6 euros per month.
Yes. The Visioframe app is available for free download on the Apple Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android).
With the app, you can send photos to all your connected Visioframe photo frames wherever you are in the world. The photos will appear in seconds, so you can share precious moments as they happen.1. Select or take a photoIn the Visioframe app, select a photo from your gallery or take a new one. If you do not see your photos in the Visioframe app, you probably need to allow the app to access your photos.2. Select whom you want to send it toOnce you have selected the photo you wish to send, tap ‘Next’ in the upper right corner. Select the recipient(s) and tap ‘Next’ again.3. Add your personal messageWrite a caption for the photo if you like and tap 'Next'.4. Send to the frame(s)Select the important part that you want centered in the photo and tap 'Send'.
No. Each user can send as many photos as they wish to the frame (note that a limit of 20 photos will be displayed in real time on the frame).We encourage you to share photos as regularly as possible rather than a lot at once.We have implemented this system to encourage daily use of the frame and a reasonable frequency of photo reception.
Yes. You can add as many family members or friends as you wish to send photos to your Visioframe. All they need is to download the Visioframe app available for free from the Apple Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android).
Of course, you can view the complete history of your shipments.A gray check shows that the message has been sent, and a green check indicates that your message has been seen.

The Visioframe frame supports the 'Sleep Mode' which will automatically turn the frame on or off at the preconfigured time. This function can be configured in the device settings and according to the care home's regulation.
