How to use Visioframe if you don't have a WiFi connection?

Your Visioframe tablet needs an Internet connection to connect with family members or friends and receive photos and messages. However, if you live in a place where it is not possible to connect the frame to Wi-Fi, your frame can be connected via a SIM card (not provided). Check with a local provider for a data card at an average cost of 6 euros per month.

With the app, you can send photos to all your connected Visioframe photo frames wherever you are in the world. The photos will appear in seconds, so you can share precious moments as they happen.1. Select or take a photoIn the Visioframe app, select a photo from your gallery or take a new one. If you do not see your photos in the Visioframe app, you probably need to allow the app to access your photos.2. Select whom you want to send it toOnce you have selected the photo you wish to send, tap ‘Next’ in the upper right corner. Select the recipient(s) and tap ‘Next’ again.3. Add your personal messageWrite a caption for the photo if you like and tap 'Next'.4. Send to the frame(s)Select the important part that you want centered in the photo and tap 'Send'.

Is there a maximum number of photos that can be sent?

No. Each user can send as many photos as they wish to the frame (note that a limit of 20 photos will be displayed in real time on the frame).We encourage you to share photos as regularly as possible rather than a lot at once.We have implemented this system to encourage daily use of the frame and a reasonable frequency of photo reception.

Yes. You can add as many family members or friends as you wish to send photos to your Visioframe. All they need is to download the Visioframe app available for free from the Apple Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android).

Can I see if the photo I sent has been viewed by the recipient?

Of course, you can view the complete history of your shipments.A gray check shows that the message has been sent, and a green check indicates that your message has been seen.

Can you send text messages to the frame?

Of course, you can send your photos to the frame along with personalized text messages with the most beautiful smileys. The character limit per photo is 100.

Why does the tablet screen turn off at night?

The Visioframe frame supports the 'Sleep Mode' which will automatically turn the frame on or off at the preconfigured time. This function can be configured in the device settings and according to the care home's regulation.

Renewal : It is not automatically renewed.The subscriber receives:An email and/or SMS 15 days before the anniversary date,A reminder the week before the subscription ends, offering renewal for an additional 12 months.CancellationBy whom:The subscription can be canceled at any time by the subscriber by sending an email to: info@visioframefamily.com Effective date:All cancellations take effect after a 4-week notice, starting from the day following the next payment.Processing and confirmation:The request is processed within 48 working hours, and a confirmation email is sent to the subscriber,This email specifies the date of the last payment as well as the effective end date of the service.Annual subscription : not being automatically renewed, it expires after 12 months without any action required.
